[ ] Complete representative tasks independently of the answer key.
[ ] Check directions, labels, illustrations, and worked examples.
[ ] Identify ambiguous questions and document corrections.

3. ASSETS AND PERMISSIONS
[ ] Trace text, images, fonts, audio, photographs, and templates.
[ ] Keep the applicable licenses and receipts.
[ ] Check marketplace rules separately from asset licenses.

4. LISTING ACCURACY
[ ] Match title, description, cover, preview, and delivered files.
[ ] Verify page count, formats, included answers, grade guidance, and software needs.
[ ] Remove authorship, testing, AI-related, or standards claims that lack evidence.

5. FILES AND BUYER ACCESS
[ ] Open the exported files and test required links as a buyer would.
[ ] Print a sample if the product is sold for printing.
[ ] Check contrast, reading order, and directions that rely on color.

6. POLICY AND NEXT ACTION
[ ] Read current TPT Seller Guidelines, Content Guidelines, and account notices.
[ ] Record source URLs, relevant wording, and the date checked.
[ ] Ask specific questions about unresolved scope, assets, and dates.
[ ] Assign a next action, responsible person, and review date.
[ ] Keep a version history and consider existing customer-access obligations.
